Katy Perry’s Cleavage is Staring Back at Me

Well, this is a first. Not only am I staring at Katy Perry's cleavage, but Katy Perry's cleavage is staring back at me. Katy hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards last night, and while her red carpet dress showed off her best assets, it was also a little creepy. Kinda looks like she skinned a muppet. I guess PETA doesn't care about all furry creatures. Of course, Katy's dress isn't the only thing with a creepy stare. That girl needs to learn how to blink.
