Every year someone tries to outdo Heidi Klum’s Halloween theatrics, and this time, influencer and self proclaimed "BOP" Camilla Araujo might’ve actually come close, depending on who you ask. The content creator went full Teenage Dream era Katy Perry, pastel wig and all, in a transformation video that’s supposedly “gone viral.” We’re using that term lightly, though, because until Katy Perry herself reposts it, we’re not calling anything viral.

Camilla shared the clip on Instagram, showing off the elaborate costume she says cost her $4,000 to have custom made after the store-bought versions just weren’t cutting it. “The ones in stores were not giving what they needed to give,” she said, channeling the kind of dramatic energy that would make even Katy proud.

Camilla joked that fans have compared her to the pop star for ages, so she finally decided to lean in. “Since I’ve started social media, you guys have told me up the f***ing wazoo… so I wasn’t gonna do it half-assed. I’m actually doing the most, like this is my Heidi Klum moment,” she said in the video.

And to her credit, she delivered: candy-themed accessories, a colorful wig, and a cupcake-style dress that screamed California Gurls. Fans flooded the comments with side-by-side comparisons, some even suggesting she could make a career out of being Katy’s double.

At the end of the clip, Camilla even gave a sweet shoutout to the real deal: “Katy Perry, if you see this, I love you, babe. Congrats on the successful tour.”
