Is Chris Brown’s Apparent ‘Battered Rihanna’ Tattoo the Worst Celebrity Tattoo?

Chris Brown showed off some new ink that may look a little to familar to some. The new tattoo on his neck is of a woman with strange markings on her face, leading some to speculate that it's actually an image of a battered Rihanna. Brown has defended the tattoo saying reports that it's of his abused ex-girlfriend are erroneous and claiming 'I'm an artist and this is art.' Whether or not the tattoo is actually of Rihanna, or whether or not you can call him an artist is really anybody's guess, but Rihanna or not, the image probably isn't the smartest one Brown could've gone with.

While Brown's reps scramble to clear up the mess, claiming the image is of a Mexican sugar skull, we take a look at some of the worst celebrity ink faux-pas.
