Heidi Klum Debuts Her Erewhon Smoothie – Here’s How to Make “The Kluminator” at Home!

Heidi Klum just entered her Erewhon era with the launch of her very own signature smoothie: The Kluminator. The supermodel unveiled the vibrant green drink this week at the celeb loved Los Angeles grocery store, and naturally, it’s already going viral.

Touted as a “beauty-boosting, tropical, heart-opening” blend, The Kluminator fits right in with Erewhon’s lineup of ultra aesthetic, wellness-focused smoothies (see: Hailey Bieber’s Strawberry Glaze, Kourtney Kardashian’s Poosh Potion). But unlike those $18 drinks, we’re here to help you recreate the magic without braving LA traffic or maxing out your credit card!

The Kluminator Copycat Recipe:

Ingredients:

½ cup Wholeheart Kiwi Matcha Juice (or sub with fresh kiwi blended with a splash of green tea)

½ cup MALK Organic Coconut Milk

½ cup Vita Coco Coconut Water (Farmers Organic if possible)

1 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup

2 tbsp Whole Harmony Heart Chakra Tea (steeped and cooled)

2 Organic Dates, pitted

½ cup Frozen Pineapple

½ cup Frozen Mango

1 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel (food-grade)

1 tsp Chia Seeds

½ tsp Organic Matcha Powder

1 tbsp Kiwi Glaze (you can blend fresh kiwi with a little honey to mimic this)

1 tbsp Coconut Cream

Directions:

Steep the Heart Chakra tea, let it cool.

In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Top with a swirl of coconut cream and a drizzle of kiwi glaze for the Erewhon effect.
