Happy Birthday: Your Annual Reminder that Emmy Rossum is Sex On Two Legs

Nothing against the one-legged women of the world, but Emmy Rossum is sex on two legs. I sincerely hope that no one takes offense at that, because it was meant as a compliment, not an insult by exclusion.

Look, let's start over. It was originally titled ...Emmy Rossum is Sex on Legs. That, to me, felt like a potential insult to anyone or anything without legs. Better to exclude the one-legged folks than the no-legged folks, I suppose.

This isn't going well. I've tried reworking this whole thing with Emmy Rossum and Sex and Legs a couple of times now and it's not working out. I feel like no matter what sort of combination of those words I use, I end up excluding someone, and that sort of thing just isn't my bag, baby.

I was quoting Austin Powers, damn it. I'm not demeaning anyone through my use of the word baby. I was using a dated reference as a means of making a joke and it obviously backfired in spectacular fashion. Maybe a Borat joke would've been more tasteful.
