Halloween Themed Update Coming to DC Universe Online

October is officially upon us and that means we crawl ever closer to Halloween; where Satan's armies emerge through the pits of Hell to fill the nighttime streets in search of candy. Yes, those little bastards will once again roam our cities for one night as we give them treats in exchange for not having our homes egged. As you grow older, Halloween may lose most of it's charm but DC Universe Online is making sure we all get a treat this year.

DCUO's Update 19 will feature a Halloween theme that's sure to liven up the 'spirit' of the holiday for everyone. See what I did there...?

The update, titled 'The Witching Hour' will pit players against Klarion the Witch Boy, who's stealing powers and using them to stir up some trouble for trick-or-treaters. Gotham has been appropriately chosen to host the DLC missions, which will reward players with tokens to purchase special Halloween themed attire and accessories.

What similarities this update will share with last year's Halloween event remains to be seen but it definitely looks to be a good time regardless!
