Now, I don’t want to get all spiritual on your asses, but I believe certain forces in the universe must always be in balance. Harmony between them is all that keeps the world from going on a one-way trip to shitsville (well, even more than it already is).

For every natural disaster, there’s a band of goodly do-gooders raising funds to help. For every zin, there’s a yang. For every legitimately talented musician who doesn’t make you want to vomit blood from your ears, there’s a Bieber. And, natch, for every monthly Games with Gold lineup, there’s a PS Plus lineup.

Last week, we saw Microsoft get their reveal in early. It wasn’t half bad, either, with the likes of I Am Alive and The Escapists hitting Xbox systems in October. Now you’re up, Sony. What have you got for us next month?

First up for PS4 is the Halloweentastic Resident Evil remaster. You may not have played this version, a HDified edition of the GameCube exclusive remake, and you’ll want to get in on it if you haven’t. It’s joined by a slice of Transformers: Devastation action.

Down PS3 way, meanwhile, you can get yourself From Dust, spiritual successor to the much-loved Populous god games, and racer Mad Riders. There are a couple more obscure offerings for the Vita, in Actual Sunlight and Code: Realise- Guardian of Rebirth.

PS4 in particular’s looking pretty sweet this month. If any of these look like an all-round good time to you, look out for the downloads hitting this time next week.
