We're not actually sure of that last part, but leave it to George Clooney to look devilishly handsome while being arrested today in D.C. in front of the Sudanese Embassy protesting government misdeeds in the African nation.

You can bet that with his hands tethered in zapstraps behind his back, some big baton ladies of the District of Colombia police department may have taken their chances on a little Clooney action.
