FYI, that Simpsons-Family Guy Crossover Is This Sunday

You know that Simpsons-Family Guy crossover that was announced a couple months back? Well, FYI, that's this Sunday at 9/8c, and it's an hour long. I thought maybe you could use a friendly reminder.

Of course, I realize most avowed Simpsons fans (myself included) have not watched the show more than occasionally in almost a decade. And I also realize that most people who like Family Guy (myself included) are probably content to catch the show whenever it happens to be on and they're not doing anything better.

But come on, you have got to be at least little bit curious about "The Simpsons Guy." While Fox's claim that "generations of fans will be talking about this one" is a huge load of steaming turds, the promo is packed with a lot of funny, self-referential jokes about skin color and who rips who off.

Oh, and there's a controversial rape joke that has people worked up...which I probably shouldn't talk too much about lest I make the internet angry.

But like I said, you've got to be a little bit curious. So at the very least, check out the aforementioned promo, which probably has all the best parts anyway.

Again, that's Sunday, 9/8c on Fox. Be there. Or don't. It's no skin off my back.
