Elle Fanning knows exactly what she is doing by walking around outside wearing only a sports bra. She is looking to cause as many traffic accidents as she can by practically forcing drivers to take their eyes off the road.

I do not think there is a single driver out there that is prepared to make the split second decision of whether or not they should remain a responsible citizen, or take advantage of a once in a lifetime occurrence. Because the thing about once in a lifetime events is that they, like, happen once in your life. I am no mathematician, but those are not good odds. I am currently in my twenties and I have yet to see Elle Fanning in the flesh walking around in a sports bra. That means I only have about three or four more years left on this planet in order for it to happen.

I wonder if this whole ordeal was simply an accident. She is wearing track pants, which means there should be a track jacket to go with it. Perhaps she lost the jacket and never intended to show so much skin. On second thought, nah, she knew exactly what she was doing.
