Dads In Khaki Shorts

 

I don't have children myself but I've observed a strange phenomena among my friends who have had kids. I've watched stylish, cool guys suddenly become frumpy dads overnight. They go from wearing hip clothes to khaki shorts and polo shirts purchased from Walmart. Usually matched with a belt and a phone clipped to said belt. I don't know what this is all about. Do they hand you a pair of khaki shorts at the hospital when your kid is born? That's the only thing that makes any sense to me.
