Kendall Jenner has still not addressed the issue of her and Kylie not paying factory workers because there are more important things for her to tend to. Like being a cowgirl in a bikini with a white cowboy hat! Kendall and Kylie were vacationing in Utah at a resort which is likely where she snapped this photo before heading back to California!
