Ah, EA Sports UFC 2. You’re having a bad time right now, aren’t you? What with both your cover stars taking a darn good beating instantly after being revealed as cover stars and all. UFC 2’s box is now a monument to loserish failure, like putting effing Bieber or someone on the front.

But hey, it’s not all bad. Conan O’Brien’s here with his UFC buddy Conor McGregor, for the latest episode of Clueless Gamer. If Conan’s trademark pisstakery and suckage doesn’t raise the profile of your game, nothing will. Glorified commercials they may be, but they’re worth watching for damn sure.

In this one, Conan takes on the featherweight UFC champion at his own game. McGregor, natch, is already in the game, and heads into the Octagon as himself. Conan, not known for his bareknuckle ass-whupping skills, isn’t an ultimate fighting champion, and has to improvise a little. His in-game model looks a little constipated, and he’s even scrawnier than I am, but at least his hair’s much better than the real host’s.

This whole UFC thing is a tougher game than Conan’s usual snark-at-celebtastic-in-interviews. It takes a lil’ while to adjust to. There are some dirty tactics on McGregor’s part (‘why are you doing that to me when I’m down? You bastard!’). But that’s cool; his cluelessness is the whole point of these segments. Take a look below.
