Bella Thorne and her Italian boyfriend are excited to celebrate their first Valentine's Day together, the star posted a video of Ben surprising her with roses while she sat patiently in dress adorned with red hearts.

Her boyfriend initially had her blindfolded to keep the gifts a surprise, but for some reason I feel like this is something Bella is used to in the bedroom. She took off the blindfold and was presented with a heart shaped box of roses, the room was covered in roses and the bathtub was filled with rose petals.
