Second-guessing is a regretful part of the game, but the Bulldogs will be doing plenty of that over the next few days while they resign themselves to not even being in a BCS bowl after such a strong season. Then again, if they had not allowed 350 yards rushing (181 to Eddie Lacy, 153 to T.J. Yeldon, 16 to A.J. McCarron) they wouldn't have been in that position in the first place.

How does that old saying go? Offense wins games, but defense wins championships?
