Last night’s 68th Annual Grammy Awards was all about big moments, big wins, and big performances, including one from Addison Rae, who took the stage to perform her song “Fame Is a Gun.” Unfortunately for Addison, while her confidence was undeniable, the internet reaction to her live vocals was… let’s just say mixed.

Stepping onto music’s biggest night, Addison delivered a performance that was energetic, dramatic, and perfectly staged for a television crowd. But social media was quick to weigh in on the one aspect no amount of staging can fix: the live singing itself. Viewers flooded Twitter, TikTok, and Reddit with reactions ranging from supportive (“She’s brave for even doing it live!”) to critical (“Those vocals were rough… can we get a mic check?”) to downright chaotic (“I love her but that wasn’t it lol”).

I could only find this version of the performance on Youtube, so you get to see some dudes reaction to it along with Addison's performance, sorry.
