Zach Snyder Tweets First Look at Batman and His Batmobile, Geeks Explode

Did you hear that noise about an hour ago, right around 12PM ET/9AM PT? That was the sound of hundreds of thousands of fan boys exploding when director Zack Snyder tweeted the first image of the new Batman and his fancy mobile.

The excitement is pretty interesting, really. Snyder took a lot of guff last summer when he cast Ben Affleck to play the Dark Knight in Man of Steel 2, aka Batman vs. Superman. But here we are almost nine months later and thousands of grown men (and, to be fair, women) are drooling over another grown man in a tight-fitting rubber muscle suit.

Of course, Snyder didn't make the big reveal without cultivating a little suspense. About 24 hours ago, the guy tweeted this:

As you can see, that got quite a few retweets. Nerds everywhere waited on pins and needles for the sequel. Then, finally, it arrived:

And what do you know? It doesn't suck.
