New Years Eve feels like it was already 5 months ago but before we close out that chapter in 2022 pop culture we need to talk about how Bella Thorne's sister Kaili and Halsey dressed as each other for the big night.

If you haven't heard of Kaili Thorne than you aren't a Bella Thorne fan. Kaili is Bella's half sister who is apparently a big hit over on the premium content website OnlyFans. The 29 year old wore a short black cutout dress for New Years Eve and our girl Halsey, who needs no introduction, also wore a very similar dress. Who wore it better?
