Victoria Justice Cuts It Out in A Black Gown!

Victoria Justice just celebrated her big 30th birthday and she did so by getting dressed up and throwing a party with her loved ones. The birthday girl shared a look at her birthday outfit, a floor length black gown that featured a series of cut outs and a high slip.

The birthday girl completed her look with a pair of lace opera gloves and some silver earrings, before posing for the cameras and getting ready to party!
