The ‘White House Down’ Trailer Looks Very Familiar (VIDEO)

Earlier this month when North Korea released a propaganda film depicting the White House and U.S. Capitol being attacked, the country was quickly condemned by the international community. This summer when Roland Emmerich does the same thing with his new film White House Down, the international community will give him a billion dollars. Talk about a double standard.

In the film, Channing Tatum stars as a Capitol Policeman and Secret Service reject who is all that stands between the President of the United States (Jamie Foxx) and a group of evil mercenaries. So in a sense, it's like Paul Blart: Mall Cop with slightly higher stakes.

Any hack with a laptop could point out that this trailer looks a lot like the trailer for Olympus Has Fallen. I'm a hack with a laptop, so I guess I better cut to the chase.

The trailer for White House Down looks exactly like the trailer for Olympus Has Fallen. I'm glad we've got that out of the way.
