The Trailer For The Magnificent Seven Looks Action-Packed (VIDEO)

I'm not one for remakes and reboots usually. Let's face it, they usually suck. But seeing as the original Magnificent Seven was just a remake in the old west of Akira Kurosawa's The Seven Samurai, I'll allow it. Not to mention the fact that it looks like it is going to kick butt. Denzel Washington stars as a bounty hunter hired by a girl to protect her town from a bunch of bad dudes. He brings in a gambler played by Chris Pratt and five other dudes to do the job. Ethan Hawke, Vincent D'Onofrio, Peter Sarsgaard, Byung-Hun Lee, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo and Martin Sensmeier also star. That's one hell of a cast. I'm a sucker for a good western, especially one in which the lines between good guys and bad are slightly askew. That was always true of both the original and The Seven Samurai. They are the good guys but they aren't necessarily good guys. 

I can't wait to see this movie. It's about time that Hollywood made a remake that's actually decent.
