The ‘Oblivion’ Trailer is Like Wall-E on Meth and Steroids…In a Good Way (VIDEO)

Christmas is the gift that keeps on giving as studios are quickly pushing out teaser posters and trailers for the holiday season. And this past week has been like Chanukah for film geeks. We got first looks at Star Trek, Man of Steel and just after the first poster premiered for Tron: Legacy director Joseph Kosinski's new films Oblivion, the first trailer has made it online.

Starring Tom Cruise has a drone repairman on a post-apocalyptic Earth years into the future, Oblivion looks like Wall-E had a baby with Minority Report, and was then captured on the Island of Dr. Moreau and hybridized with Solaris. And like I said...in a good way.

Co-starring Morgan Freeman and Olga Kurylenko, Oblivion opens April 12th.
