The ‘Lego Movie’ TV Trailer Brings The Nostalgia (Video)

Has life as an adult got you down? Are you anxious to relive the carefree days of your misspent toy-obsessed youth? Well then this trailer for The Lego Movie should do the trick, at least for 30 seconds.



Your favorite unnamed Lego characters (including spaceman, who is apparently now known as Spaceman Benny) are joined by your favorite DC characters (Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash) as well as an assortment of random figures (Abe Lincoln, William Shakespeare) in this 3D animated extravaganza. An all-star voice cast including Charlie Day, Morgan Freeman, and Liam Neeson bring the characters to life to tell the story of Emmet (Chris Pratt), a run-of-the-mill Lego figure who is mistaken for the greatest hero in the Lego universe. Hilarity ensues (I assume).


The Lego Movie hits theaters February 7th.
