The Hamilton/Space Jam Mash-Up You Didn’t Know You Needed

I haven't seen Hamilton even though I live in New York. It's not that I'm not curious to see what all the fuss is about. It's that tickets are sold out for a year, the lottery every night is entered by thousands of people, and I can't afford $500 for one ticket on Stubhub. Still, I suppose I'll see it in 5 years when Mario Lopez plays Hamilton. What I have seen is Space Jam. This magical film has the Looney Tunes characters playing a game of basketball against some aliens with the help of Michael Jordan and Bill Murray. It is, quite simply, one of the best movies ever made. Not to mention the soundtrack by R Kelly in the years before he peed on underaged girls on video. YouTuber Mathew Ahn took these two pop culture phenomenons and melded them together in a magical way.

This almost makes me want to spend all that money for a ticket. Then I remember that I have to pay the rent.
