The Debut Trailer for ‘John Wick: Chapter 3—Parabellum’ is an Action Packed Delight (VIDEO)

As Halle Berry reminds the title character and the audience in this new trailer for John Wick: Chapter 3—Parabellum, "Nothing's ever just a simple conversation with you, John." This trailer is badass as hell and shows everyone's favorite new Keanu Reeves character, that hitman of myth, Baba Yaga if you like, back in action.

At the end of Chapter 2, Wick gunned down Italian crime lord Santino D'Antonio in the lobby of The Continental Hotel, the one neutral ground in the John Wick universe, putting a price of $14 million on his head and sending every hired gun in the world after him. It was a great set-up for the third film, and returning director Chad Stahelski seems to be delivering a direct continuation of the story here—as in, no significant time jump.

In addition to returning cast members Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, and Lance Reddick, this flick is bringing some major league heavy hitters in the form of Halle Berry, Anjelica Huston, and a whole host of Hong Kong action stars Tiger Hu Chen and The Raid's Yayan Ruhian on board for the final chapter in the John Wick trilogy.

Expect two solid hours of ass-kicking, with very little name taking, when John Wick: Chapter 3—Parabellum hits theaters on May 17.
