The Carolina Panthers Lead Off the Egotastic! NFL Awards for Week 17

The playoffs are just a few days away and that means it's time for the final regular season Egotastic! NFL Awards. They're a couple days late, but nevertheless, they're here. But without the Fantasy Star and Disaster because most leagues end in week 16.

What a finale for the season. The Redskins won the NFC East in prime time over the Cowboys behind their dynamic rookie combo of Robert Griffin III and Alfred Morris. Adrian Peterson came thisclose to breaking the single season rushing record, and the Jets were a complete disaster again.

The Kansas City Chiefs locked up the first pick in the draft by getting blown out 38-3 in Denver. Peyton Manning's Broncos go into the playoffs riding an eleven game win streak, and the NFC's number one seed, Atlanta, got beat at home to give themselves some doubt to consider during their first round bye.
