The Best Sorority Recruitment Videos

Everyone's talking about the recruitment video for ASU's Alpha Phi sorority, which features beautiful shots of the desert and beautiful shots of girls in tight yoga pants. That's when I realized that many sororities around the country produce videos to entice new members every year. So for your sake, dear readers, I watched lots of sorority videos -- and heard Artec's "Crash Into You" lots of times -- to bring you the ones that are the most...enjoyable.

University of Alabama Alpha Phi

Alphi Phi's Alabama chapter doesn't feature yoga pants but is still pretty hot. This video, set to "Strangers" by Seven Lions featuring Tove Lo, has lots of blonde girls in white dresses. Then they go outside on the grass, go swimming, and lick popsicles. At one point, a girl blows glitter into the lake, which means...something. Eventually they go to the football stadium (because what else is the school known for?) and pal around with mascot Big Al. This video will make you want to attend the University of Alabama, which is a pretty amazing feat.

UCLA Kappa Kappa Gamma

UCLA has one of the country's best film schools, and this video certainly looks beautiful before you put the Bruin girls in it. First we see the Kappas in their natural habitat, bouncing on a bed. Then they, too, go to the home of their signature sports team -- in this case, Pauley Pavilion basketball arena. The girl dunking at 0:49 is a highlight. Then it's off to a night at what looks like the Santa Monica Pier to play air hockey. Unfortunately, they're not at the beach during the day, so we never see them in swimsuits. Big missed opportunity there.

University of Miami Delta Gamma

Never mind, UCLA; the Miami DG's are all about the beach. They're on a boat, they're water-skiing, they're on the sand. They pose for sexy photos taken by each other. In fact, they're in bikinis for most of the video. The last 30 seconds, where they're just splashing around in the water and hugging each other, has to be seen to be believed.

University of Georgia Alpha Gamma Delta

This video features the same song as the Miami DG's, so you can watch them both on a loop. Seems like this chapter couldn't get all the members together at the same time; a lot of the images feature the girls in groups of three or five...but that just makes it easier to focus on the Georgia peaches you like. When they do all appear together, they're showing off their legs by splashing around in a fountain. This video also stands out because the girls hold up signs for the charities they've partnered with, and even spend a few seconds showing off their house. We also get to hear them cheer at the end, giving us a blissful few seconds without "Crash Into You."

Penn State Kappa Alpha Theta

I tried to find a video from a school not in the South or West Coast, but a lot of them just aren't very good. The Thetas of Penn State are an exception. They look very inviting in their white dresses. They shoot off smoke flares. They kiss each other. And we get a glimpse inside a bedroom. The music is awful, but this video is worth a look.

Texas A&M Delta Gamma

Back to the South and back to DG. This video features five songs in 3 1/2 minutes, which already soothes my Artec-addled brain. These Aggies do a lot -- blow bubbles, ride waterslides, skateboard, paddle board...and the video opens with them drawing graffiti on the street! Who knew DGs were such bad girls? Like every other recruitment video, this doesn't show the girls doing any volunteer work or hosting any official events. It's all laughs, Coke (with a capital C, guys), and holding hands.

USC Alpha Phi

I'm beginning to think Alpha Phi has this recruitment video thing wrapped up. The hotties at the USC chapter are dancing and playing in the Southern California sunshine. They do some great tumbles at the LA Coliseum and skate around their campus. There's a magnificent ass shot at 2:25 as well. The Beach Boys wished they all could be California girls, and between these cuties and the ones at UCLA, it's easy to see why.

Is there a sexy sorority video I missed? Put the link in the comments.
