Terrell Owenshad his first practice as a member of the Seattle Seahawks today, admitting he still had a ways to go. T.O. saying, 'I'm a little rusty, but obviously it's about competing and I'm here to compete for the job.'

Owens, now wearing number 10 instead of 81, says his actions will show he's a changed man.

In Cleveland, a double dose of potentially bad news. First, CB Joe Haden could be looking at a four-game suspension after reportedly testing positive for the ADD drug, Adderall.

Secondly for the Browns, first round pick running back Trent Richardsonwill undergo an arthroscopic procedure tomorrow to remove a tiny piece of cartilage that's irritating his knee...but the Browns say the rookie will be ready for the regular season opener.

Minnesota Vikings star RB Adrian Peterson is close to returning, but still hasn't been cleared by doctors to get back on the field. Peterson jacked up his knee last season and is probably anxious to get back to football after being arrested in the offseason and then finding out the hard way that he was allergic to shellfish when camp started.
