It was a game of wild swings in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals last night. Both Boston and Miami took turns dominating until Miami held on to win in overtime.

Miami 115 - Boston 111 (OT)

Boston came out on fire and on a mission. The Celtics knew they had to jump out to an early lead and they did just that, getting ahead by as much as 15 in the second quarter. The Celts eventually led by seven going into the half. The Heat stormed back in the third quarter though, outscoring Boston by 13. Ray Allen sent the game to overtime by hitting a 3-pointer with 34 seconds left.

The play that set up Allen's 3 was run to perfection by Boston, but there is no way in hell LeBron James should've left Allen open to help on a drive to the basket. A layup doesn't hurt you when you're up by three, but leaving Ray Allen almost always will hurt you. Miami pulled it out in OT so it's forgotten, but wow that was a bad move. Heat and Celtics Game Two Preview and Prediciton

The Miami Heat try to take a 2-0 lead tonight over the Boston Celtics in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals in Miami. After dominating Boston in game one, Miami has to be feeling pretty good about their chances.

Even Boston coach Doc Rivers said that his team was overwhelmed by Miami's speed in the first game. I don't see how they can get faster suddenly, but if Boston can commit to playing harder team defense with a lot of help, they might be able to surprise Miami. Who's Going To Win? »

LeBron James Joins Press Conference Hipster Fashion Parade (VIDEO)

I don't know what's going with these NBA guys and this hipster/nerd thing they've got going on. LeBron James showed up his post-game press conference looking like this last night. I guess when you put up numbers and wins like he's doing, you can do whatever you want when it comes to fashion, but really LeBron?

Maybe he's trying to outdo Oklahoma City's Russell Westbrook. If LeBron is trying to one up Westbrook, he needs to step it up.

In the video, LeBron talks about how they're going to keep attacking, no matter if Boston tries to get more physical, yeah yeah, whatever. How can anyone in the room pay attention to what he's saying or take him serious when he's looking like that? Now I'm looking forward to post-game media sessions just to see what these guys are going to wear next.

The Boston Celtics tried to hang with the Miami Heat and were able to make it interesting for a half, but fatigue set in during the second half and Boston couldn't slow down LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.

Miami jumped out to an early 10 point lead, as the Celtics only managed to score 11 points in the first quarter. The Celtics then went wild in the second quarter, scoring 35 to Miami's 25 to tie the game at 46 going into the half. That's when it all came apart. Too Much Wade and LBJ »

Just one game in the NBA playoffs, and Miami left no doubt who the better team was.

Miami 105 - Indiana 93

Dwyane Wade was just too much for Indiana, scoring 41 points grabbing 10 rebounds, and LeBron James handled the rest with 28 points, six rebounds, seven assists and three steals.

Indiana started off strong, leading by seven after the first quarter and clinging to a two point lead at the half, but Miami owned the second half.  On to the Conference Finals »

It’s that time again folks. Time for the powers-that-be to name who they think are the best of the best players in the NBA. On Thursday the All-NBA teams, all-rookie, and all-defense teams were announced. Rather than make you search out each and every list we've been kind enough to include all three right here for your viewing pleasure.

It must be tough trying to decide who gets what; I don’t envy the guys that have to make that choice. The good thing about it is that if they have a hard time deciding who to vote for they get to also name the really good, but not the best (second team) and the other really good guys (third team; All-NBA only).
