It has been a crazy season for the New York Knicks. They've seen the rise of Linsanity, the departure of a coach, and more injuries than they care to imagine. In the end they made it into the post season as the No 7 seed. That's where the good times pretty much stopped.

The Miami Heat have pretty much had their way with the Knicks, easily winning the first two games in Miami. Thursday night they gave a better fight, but in the end the result was the same--a win for Miami (this time 87-70).

However, for a brief moment they did have something to go nuts over courtesy of J.R. Smith. if this dunk doesn't pump you up a little you might want to get your vitals checked. You could be dead.
