Surfs Up for Victoria Justice!

Victoria Justice has made her way over to Australia, where apparently they are living in a totalitarian nightmare, but not for Victoria! The actress has been completing her two week quarantine at a hotel where she clearly got a lil excited about surfing the epic waves Australia has to offer and while she wasn't able to hit the water, the actress did bring the surf to her hotel balcony by using an ironing board as her surf board!
