‘Street Fighter V’ Story Mode Finally On The Way, And Did I Mention Ryu’s Beard?

  Needless to say, you won’t find many dudes on the pages of your beloved Egotastic!. There are exceptions to every rule, though, and Street Fighter stalwart Ryu is definitely one of them. Check out this hot piece of ass with his studly new beard.  

Hot Ryu has been a much-loved meme since the character’s alt costume (if a pair of Hulk-style torn short shorts qualifies as a ‘costume’) was first seen a couple months back. Now he’s finally hitting the game proper, along with a heaping helping of other sorely-needed stuff.

When Street Fighter V hit a while back, it was pretty damn sparse. You know how it is sometimes, a developer gets distracted and forgets to, y’know, finish the whole ‘making the game’ thing before releasing it. Basic fighting game staples like a proper story mode were missing. Along with hot-piece-of-ass Ryu, that’s one of the big selling points of next week’s update.

The premium battle costumes arrive with it (Hot Ryu being one of them), for a premium price. So does new character Ibuki, and three extra stage variants. The biggest news is the cinematic plot-driven mode ‘The Shadow Falls,’ which is a brilliantly batshit as any fighting game story. Check out GameSpot’s preview below.
