Sriracha is the new bacon. Remember how everyone just couldn't stop adding hints of bacon to totally random stuff last year, from mayonnaise and gravy to scarves and curtains? Well, it looks like Sriracha has taken its place (or at least shares the top spot) and rightly so.

This hot sauce is hot--and it's about to take over everything you know and love, starting with popcorn.

Stop pouring butter over your popcorn and switch to Sriracha instead. It'll burn your tongue and make you chug water down like there's no tomorrow. You won't exactly know the reason why, but you won't be able to stop yourself from grabbing more, even though your mouth's probably already burning.
