Pretty soon about half of the NBA's teams will start focusing on next season as this season comes to an official end for them. One of the first things they will all the non-playoff bound teams will do is take a good, hard look at the current crop of NBA wanna-be superstars coming out of college.

Since the season ended with the Kentucky Wildcats hoisting the Championship Trophy for the eighth time in program history underclassmen have been declaring their desire to enter this year's NBA draft. Tuesday five more names were added to the list—Kentucky's starting line-up.

Wildcats head coach John Calipari tried to be a little creative with his announcement, but his idea of humor kind of fizzled (no one cared). In the end, fans hear what they expected to hear all along. Freshmen Anthony Davis, Michael Kidd Gilchrist and Marquis Teague and sophomores Doron Lamb and Terrence Jones, were all declaring their desire to enter the 2012 Draft.

This will give the Wildcats six players (including senior Darius Miller) that will likely be drafted on June 28 into the NBA. It is uncertain whether the group will all go in the first round, but if they do they will best the record that Kentucky set a few years ago when they had five go.

So to all the high school basketball stars out there, take note. If you want to go pro and Kentucky comes a calling, you might want to go there (for at least a year).

(Just a little reminder of what the college game is losing and the NBA is gaining!)
