Ryan Lochte Has a Lot of One-Night Stands According to his Mom

One of the cool parts about the Olympics is getting to see the oh-so-proud moms and dads get on TV and talk about their amazing offspring. They tell stories of hard work, dedication, money spent on helping their kids chase their dreams and so on. Or in swimming star Ryan Lochte's case, your mom talks about how much tail you get.

Ilena "Ike" Lochte was being interviewed by NBC's Today.com and she was asked about how he dates with his busy training schedule. How did Ike answer?

He goes out on one-night stands. He's not able to give fully to a relationship because he's always on the go.

I'm willing to chalk this one up to a simple misuse of a term. I know plenty of people who have really open communication with their parents, but I have a hard time thinking that Ryan and his mom openly discuss if he drilled some groupie or random girl the night before. Since Ike said 'he goes out on one-night stands' I'm guessing she simply meant dates.

Then again, I could be wrong.
