Robot Spews 10-Foot Projectile Vomit for Research–Say What? (VIDEO)

This robot's name is Larry, and guess what? It pukes. Larry wasn't created by some smart but weird genius on a whim. He was actually built by researchers to study projectile vomiting because real, live humans can't really do it without having to get themselves infected first.

I don't know about you, but I think it's a bit of an overkill to make a robot that can projectile vomit up to ten feet away. I've seen people puke, but they only do three to four feet at best (college keggers, I'm sure you've seen them, too.) Granted, this is to study people down with Winter vomiting bug or something, so maybe they really did need to come up with a robot with excessive puking abilities.
