Poke Rims Keep Other Cars Out of Your Way

Don't you just hate it when other cars get too close to yours on the road? Unfortunately mods that push them out of the way (or make them regret coming too close to your car) either don't exist or are illegal. A little something called Poke Rims, however, is crookedly in the middle.
