Nobody has an eye for sextastic starlets like Playboy, and in a new video, we get some ridiculously steamy behind-the-scenes footage of flirty fox Nina Daniele. Playboy promises that the video will help us to "get to know Daniele on another level," and if that means seeing her splash around nude in four inches of water, they are correct.
