As the only boss in the series to have an entire game named after him, Nemesis is expected to be pretty badass. Just seeing him on the cover was enough to get many a fan (including myself) to pick it up without hesitation. Nemesis is a giant mutant/cyborg created by the (you guessed it) Umbrella Corporation. He’s meant to be crazy tough and able to track his targets to the ends of the earth. You encounter this towering tank multiple times throughout the game as an invincible wall that will leave you no option but to run and then run some more and hope he doesn’t catch you. In a series filled with mindless (at the time) undead, a being who could use weapons and track your every movement was a major challenge and made Nemesis one of the most memorable villains in the series.
