Emeril Legasse is less of a chef and more of a media commodity. I'm no communist. I'm all for making a buck, but this guy takes it to a whole new level. Emeril has put his name on everything from spoons to oven mitts. If it can be associated with food in any way, it has his face on it. His food looks and tastes like run of the mill Olive Garden-type Italian food with a little Cajun spice thrown in. He does make good salad tongs, though.
