Star Trek Characters That Should Return

The Whales. Even though we're in a new timeline, it technically shouldn't effect the probe that gets sent back to hear whale calls in The Voyage Home. That means the crew of the Enterprise will eventually have to slingshot around the sun and return to the eighties in order to bring two humpback whales back to the future and save the Earth.
