Lindsay Lohan crashes car into tree after night of partying

Lindsay Lohan has been arrested for alleged drink-driving after she crashed her plush Mercedes car into a tree. Cops caught up with the 20-year-old 'Mean Girls' star in the early hours of Saturday morning after a night of partying with friends. Lohan, who spent time in rehab to battle alcoholism earlier this year, had smashed her two seater Mercedes into a tree just off Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills. A spokesman for Beverly Hills Police confirmed the actress was issued with a citation for driving under the influence and ordered to appear in court.
