Terminator 3's T-X. There wasn't all that much to enjoy about the weak link in the franchise save for the new leather-clad female terminator. It was never even clear what her powers were or why she was a badder enemy than the T-1000, but she looked good running and jumping over things...which was pretty much the whole movie.
