Zachary Levi is best known for his role as Chuck in the hit television seriesChuck. That has since wrapped up, and he's gotten a couple of roles here and there but none as big as this one.Levi appeared on The Tonight Show with his facial hair growing all over the place (apparently, it was for the role) and confirmed that he would be playing Frandal in the Thor sequel. Levi will be replacing Josh Dallas, who had to relinquish the role because filming for Thor 2 was scheduled during the TV season and Dallas was already committed to Once Upon a Time.After Comic-Con, Levi will be hopping off on a plane to England to begin shooting the Thor sequel.
