Tony Romo, like Tom Brady, also replaced Drew Bledsoe. But Romo took over because Bledsoe was awful and not because he was bleeding inside his chest. Romo replaced Bledsoe at halftime of a game in 2006 and never looked back. Of course, Romo isn't without his critics, for good reason, but he's still holding on to the job in Dallas.
