People Screw for Science in the ‘Masters of Sex’ Trailer

Showtime's new series Masters of Sex tells the story of William Masters and Virginia Johnson, two researchers who pioneered the clinical study of human sexuality.

As you'll see in the trailer, the two were forced to defend themselves from the accusation that their work was nothing more than a perverted facade used as an excuse to watch people bang. So it's ironic that the show based on their lives is probably nothing more than a perverted facade used as an excuse to watch people bang. But then again, that's true of most premium cable shows, so it's not really fair to pick on Masters of Sex in particular. Plus, the trailer shows Beau Bridges holding a dildo, so I like it already.

The show stars Michael Sheen andLizzy Caplan, and premieres in late September. Don't watch it with your parents or children, or it's gonna get weird.
