Noah Cyrus Goes Red!

Noah Cyrus has switched up her look from her signature jet black hair to some bright red extensions, it could also just be a wig because it doesn’t look like it’s in the best shape, it’s hard to tell because surly Noah’s hair would be in bad shape after going black to red but who knows, either she dyed her hair Ronald McDonald red or she bought a new wig.
