Nina Agdal spent this past weekend boating around with friends and jumping into the water to cool off. The model shared a few snaps from the boat letting us know that she had "boat hair" and didn't care about it, but we all know the real reason she shared these photos and that is to show off her rock hard abs that are all thanks to her own workout plan called The Agdal Method.
