Nina Adgal the Aerobics Instructor!

Nina Agdal has been spending her quarantine out in The Hamptons with her boyfriend Jack Brinkley and his family. While in quarantine Nina started getting into aerobics and has started hosting workouts at her place and on the beach. Nina is the leader of the pack guiding her guests through the workouts that she calls The Agdal Method, and she does a great job at looking the part too! Here are some highlights of her recent workout, if you’re in the Hamptons area you should go join in!
