Hard to explain exactly why Nicki Minaj was out at Paris Fashion Week with a visor covering much of her face. I'd bet it has something to do with high fashion prankster gangster whimsy. Those clothes people really are jocular. Regardless of the face guard, Nicki clearly looked like a million to three damn dollars in her low cut top and kinky boots and fur in the City of Light.

Celebrities loves to attend Fashion Week because it puts them into the one set of people who have power over them -- the people who dress them and make them look pretty.
